Saturday's dinner was improvised by what ingredients we had at home. Salmon in the freezer, glass noodles in the pantry & some tired vegetables in the fridge became fresh asian inspired combo. The remains became the basis for today's lunch.
Laxfilé i ugnen med oyster sauce & sesamfrön serverat med en sallad av glasnudlar, strimlad vitkål, morot, paprika & dressing av soja, sweetchili sauce, färsk ingefära, vitlök & lime.
Dagens nudelrester förvandlades till en snabb lunch med köttbullar :)
